Our retreats are based on the belief that our guests goals and needs are of the utmost importance. In acknowledging that each participant is arriving with a different goal for the weekend, we have created a system in which you can participate in as many or as few of the scheduled programs as you wish. We have taken into consideration your unique needs, desires and time, and you will have ample time to enjoy the beautiful grounds and forest, the mountain-fed pool and waterfall, the Jacuzzi, and the large sauna cabin. You can use your time to meditate privately (every guest will receive a complimentary meditation CD upon arrival), interact with other guests and counselors, or use our ‘don’t talk to me’ badge for peaceful quiet time whenever you need your space.
